What about 75% LTV as recommended by KUB Rao committee. Microfinance sector has been rescued by RBI, but Gold Loan Sector is still waiting for implementation and stricter regulation which only be good for the future and long term prospects of the sector.

Low promoter holding doesn`t matter. Muthoot is a market leader in Gold Loan sector & market leader always trade at premium to its peers. You can check any other industry. e.g. TCS is now market leader in IT sector & it is trading at 25% premium to Infosys.
