Mamata Banerji may not be a power source this time as the passenger fare increases could be sustained even with her opposition and in a similar way,freight,diesel surcharge etc could be hiked without much opposition from her. However it would be time to consider establishment of power generating

Well said. I think freight hike is not a worry as they don`t hesitate to pass it to customers very next day of hike. Also, election year can trigger infra spending causing more cement consumption while Hberg is all set to post twice Net Sales and PAT from Q4 FY13 onwards. But negative steps

Any increase in Rail Freight during forthcoming Rail Budget which is likely to happen & Diesel price already in line Rs.0.50/- per month till Rs.l0/- will seriously impact the cement counters.Better to avoid now.
