but speedy implementation is the most required thing. Experts say that if chine need 5 yrs to implement something, India need 15 years for the same thing....But my concern is that we are younger than China..we must be faster....

So far GoI has not spent single rupee. Future is 4G, from China for RIL. RIL is investing more than Rs 30,000 Cr for 4G network. No scope for Kavveri to supply to RIL. Kavveri downfall is imminent.
