In an interview to CNBC-TV18, RS Ajmera, managing director, Ajmera Realty & Infra said, "We are quietly hopeful of crossing last year's turnover of Rs 150 crore. It could be around 15-20% this year. Last year we posted profits of Rs 23 crore and this time also we are likely to cross that figure."

OP Gandhi, Chief Financial Officer, Ajmera Realty, said, the numbers were not comparable because last year, the figures were a consolidation of steel and real estate segments of our business. Commenting on Bhakti Park, he said, the company was already selling 30-35 flats every month at the rate of Rs 8,500 per square feet.

Investment Advisor SP Tulsian is of the view that Ajmera Realty and Infra India can test Rs 250 in the medium term. With a lower equity base of Rs 35 crore, the company has a sizable presence in Mumbai, about 67 acres of land in Kanjur Marg, over 20 lakh sq. ft of land at Bhakti Park Wadala, over 17 lakh sq. ft in Bangalore

Rajnikant Ajmera, Managing Director, Ajmera Realty, said the company had about 40 million square feet on land. We have 40 lakh square feet of floor space index (FSI) for our Bhakti Park, Mumbai. We will launch in October. At present, the ready stock is of about 1 lakh square feet of flats, he said.

Small cap steel company Shree Precoated Steel has consolidated its real estate businesses under Shree Precoated Steels. OP Gandhi, CFO speaking with CNBC-TV18, said Bhakti Park will be developed in commercial, residential and offices spaces. In future, they foresee 95% profit coming from real estate.

OP Gandhi, CFO, Shree Precoated said that they currently have a 67 acre plot in Kanjurmarg of which they will get FSI of 80 lakh sq ft. Meanwhile, at Bhakti Park in Wadala, they have 57 lakh sq ft FSI available of which 17 lakh sq ft will be developed by March 2008 end.
