Dow India to organize Jaipur Foot camp in Mumbai

Dow India, the biggest sponsor of the famous Jaipur Foot initiative along with Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti will organize camps in Mumbai, Pune and Chennai in October 2008 to supply free artificial limbs to almost 1000 physically challenged people and has contributed Rs 1 crore to BMVSS for this purpose

The Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti has won the CNBC-TV18 Social Enterprise of the year Award . It has served almost a million people worldwide. Though it is better known for the Jaipur foot and other artificial limbs, it works towards the overall physical, economical and social rehabilitation of physically challenged people.
