Samara Cap ups stake in Asian Oilfield, to make open offer

Asian Oilfield Services has issued 4.05 million shares to Samara Capital. In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Avinash Manchanda, MD of Asian Oilfield Services said post the issue of shares, it will trigger an open offer.

"We hope to complete as much as possible of this Rs 108 crore executable order. Apart from this, we expect to bag more orders during the tender season, which will start in July through September."
