The managers to delisting, in case of Atlas Copco consulted twice to me, before & during RBB process for very nominal quantity of shares held by me, lets see how sincere are the managers of Rhodia Speciality Chemical in their approach?

Good Morning LLL, Indeed this will be nerve holding RBB process, just like India-Pakistan Cricket match. This wiil be the case just like Atlas Copco India Ltd. wherein majority holding was with Retailer. Hope and wish that delisting goes through & brings happiness to all of us.

How do you know they are sincere about delisting :-) Also Atlas Copco and Alfa Laval are European cos and this DIC is Japanese co. There is a huge difference in how European and Japanese cos treat small shareholders.

This time Ricoh India will have to do like "Atlas Copco" and ensure that more than required quantity is tendered. Indicative price has to be in good upward of 100 !!!! Those 300 Corporates and HNIs need to be vigorously followed up. Not to say that retail investors should be omitted as they hold
