Elder Healthcare has entered into an in-licensing deal with Japan's USD 1.6-billion Pola Chemical Industries for skincare and cosmetic products. In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Anuj Saxena , MD, Elder Healthcare outlined the contours of the deal and the number of such deals that he expects to close in the current fiscal.
