Dabur Pharmaceuticala has sold a majority 73.2 % equity stake to a German drug maker Fresenius Kabi. The deal was done at 76.50 rupees a share. The market capitalization of Dabur Pharmaceuticals is currently in the range of USD 270 to 280 million.
