I have planned to invest in flats at Vedic Village Smart homes @ 2850/sq ft and another in sanjeeva orchard @4500/sq ft at Rajarhat ,in both cases Vedic Property is the developer. Kindly advice on my decision and min price appreciation expected in 2yrs in the mentioned properties?
