Usually the payment terms after receiving invoices are either within 30-60 days or immediately depends on case by case basis... there are usual terms of penalty as per LIBOR rates if the payment is late... just checked with one of my friend... To add to dear jyotirp, the invoices for some deals

It`s high time SEBI has to come with additional rules and regulations and plug the loopholes !!!!! First of all time-lag must be curtailed from one year to a maximum of 120 days since the date of approval from shareholders !!!! There has to be some sort of penalty introduced for backing out once
