HCL Tech: Updates on scheme of arrangement

The Scheme of Arrangement between HCL Technologies Limited and HCL Comnet Systems & Services under Section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956, has become effective with effect from May 17, 2013 on filing of the Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana.
