Naveen Mathur has a rich industry experience of 14 years in the financial markets, and has been associated with Commodities Trading since the year 2003 when two online commodities exchanges started trading activities. Educational Accomplishments- With Bachelors in Commerce, Mr. Mathur completed his CFA in 1997 and is a post-graduate in Financial Management from Institute of Management Technology. He also holds a post graduate achievement in Business Finance from ICFAI. Throughout his academic career, he has always been a meritorious student. Professional Experience- Prior to joining the Angel Group, he was associated with renowned organizations like Religare Commodities Limited (a Ranbaxy promoted group company), heading the commodities business with commendable achievements in establishment and growth of the entire commodity business. Fie has also worked with Karvy Consultants Limited and with BLB Limited as Director on the board of the company. Fie has been involved in various management activities including opening of a subsidiary company in Mauritius, Treasury Operations, Corporate and Strategic Planning, Research activities in Futures and Options markets. Media Recognition- Mr. Mathur is a regular speaker on channels like CNBC-TV18, CNBC Awaaz, Zee Business, Times Now and NDTV Profit, and has featured in print as well. He has been a guest speaker at various conferences and seminars, the most recent being the Commodities Camp with CNBC-TV18. He has done a special series with the TV18 Group for CNBC Classroom. He is also a speaker on financial services at leading educational institutions. Other Pursuits- Mr. Mathur is deeply interested in listening to music, reading journals and books, and travelling to hill stations.
