Mr. Vikaas M Sachdeva is the Chief Executive Officer at Edelweiss Asset Management Ltd. A veteran in the financial services industry, Mr. Sachdeva has close to two decades of experience in marketing and distribution of financial products, including 14 years in funds management. As CEO of the AMC, Mr. Sachdeva's core responsibility is to spearhead Edelweiss Mutual Fund and AMC operations across regions. Prior to joining Edelweiss, he was associated with Bharti AXA Investment Managers Private Limited as Country Head - Business Development responsible for strategy, marketing, sales, distribution, investor servicing and product management. Before joining Bharti AXA Investment Managers, he was Country Head-Business Development at ING Vysya Asset Management for three years. Prior to this, he served in the Sales & Marketing functions at Birla Sunlife Asset Management for 9 years. Mr. Sachdeva started his career in Investment Banking where he spent close to four years. Mr. Sachdeva holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a MMS (Marketing).
