Investment Advisor SP Tulsian is of the view that one can buy HDFC.

Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, "It is right that one needs to take a call on looking at the latest results which is likely to get announced but again if one see the credit policy the limit has been raised for the individual housing finance from 20 lakh to 30 lakh and I think that’s a booster for HDFC because they are the leading institution in providing the housing finance and probably that will keep their growth momentum on in the current year also."

He further added, "Definitely, the results are may be slightly here and there with the market expectations but on a long-term basis, the stock is very good. They have been posting consistent growth in their performance and that’s scenario is likely to continue. Again since positive call is there on the realty sector as the demand for housing is going to improve with the prices having softened. The performance of HDFC is likely to be good, so my call is buy on the stock at these levels."
