Bhavin Shah of JP Morgan is of the view that TCS is looking very attractive at current level. Shah told CNBC-TV18, "We believe that TCS manages business for long-term performance rather than quarterly estimates. The company has done some business on a pro bono basis with some of their financial customers during this period of difficulties and that obviously had affected their revenue growth. They are not clearly going to have a much muted June quarter. Having said that we think that they have very strong customer penetration, maybe market is concerned about one of their big customers being Citi Bank, Citi Bank is still looking at different things and so people are putting some discount on that but from a longer-term perspective we do not see any reason to be worried about TCS. So we do think that it actually looks very attractive right now." Disclosure: It is safe to assume that analyst and his clients may have an investment interest in the above stock/sector. |
