Stay with Satyam: VK Sharma

VK Sharma of Anagram Stock Broking is of the view that one can stay with Satyam Computer Services.

Sharma told CNBC-TV18, "Satyam is a hold at this point of time with the clear cut understanding that fundamentally that sector is going through turmoil, the attrition rate is rising, the salary cuts are going to happen now and a lot of people might leave the industry and go elsewhere. But currently my sense is that the dollar appreciation should help the company and the earning growth rate that the company has forecasted of more than 23%, I think it should be able to do much better that that on the topline and accordingly the bottomline would also be better. The litigation, which could in case it goes the way that the other party has been talking about and if you ignore what Satyam says there, is a great amount of risk. So I would hold this stock."
