Sell GMR Infrastructure on rallies: V Sharma

VK Sharma of Anagram Stock Broking is of the view that one can sell GMR Infrastructure on rallies.

Sharma told CNBC-TV18, "Strictly from a long-term perspective GMR Infrastructure looks good from the point of view that we have had apart from the winning of the Hyderabad and the Delhi Airports, it has been able to demonstrate its capabilities to win international contracts as well, and the Istanbul one does go on to show the credentials of the company in terms of competing with the global giants. Having said that I suppose although the airports will continue to provide around 24% of the revenues but they do provide more than 57% of the EBITDA. So to what extend the margins would rise here would go on to we will have to review this after this result."

He further added, "The company will face some more problems going forward and it is not going to be a smooth transaction all said and done. So my advice here would be for the investors to sell this stock at rallies."
