Remain invested in Unitech: Tulsian

Investment Advisor SP Tulsian is of the view that one should remain invested in Unitech.

Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, "Unitech being a second largest realty player, we all know that the recent CRR Hike and the repo is adverse for the interest sensitive sectors like realty, automobiles and maybe the banking and the financial sectors. But one shouldn’t forget that the correction having taken place in all these realty stocks like the DLF, Unitech or the other smaller players who have a pan-India presence."

He further added, "I do not think that beyond this point if you really have an investment horizon for 8-12 months, this is not the level to exit and maybe on a rally one could get out because already you see the hands moving out with all these realty stocks are under-owned by the investors. So this is the level to remain invested and now I don’t think that the downside is much from here on and one could take a little long term call if at least about 6 months to and have patience and remain invested."
