Hold Unitech, says Mohindar

Rahul Mohindar of Viratechindia is of the view that one can hold Unitech.

Mohindar told CNBC-TV18, "Unitech has broken down short term important of Rs 188 and for DLF Rs 470. I would agree that in short term there is still more pain and its more in terms of not so much in terms of the price possibly in terms of time and its going to be a whole lot more of waiting before you kind of seem to stabilize in these sectors. So people are going to shy away from the real estate space but I again would agree that you know this is not the point that I would tell you to go out and short the stock and if you are in it, then I would possibly look at giving it a weight or on a correction or if you get a rash correction of 15-20%, I would be willing enough to average out. But given the situation you are in, I would say it’s still holding on."
