Technical Analyst, Sudarshan Sukhani is of the view that one can buy Hindustan Oil Exploration Company, HOEC around Rs 130.

Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, "HOEC is in an uptrend and I’m assuming that will continue there was a dip, which is a normal process in an uptrending market. So, I would still be a buyer in the stock may be around Rs 130 or so."
