Amit Dalal of Amit Nalin Securities is not positive on telecom sector.

Dalal told CNBC-TV18, "I think that could be valuation interest over there because obviously a re-look of the valuation of Tata Teleservices (TTSL) will perhaps give us some benchmark for looking at Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd TTML. But on the whole, I am not very positive on this sector now I think there are just too many things to grind in that sector; new competition coming in, pricing getting more in advantage of the consumer Virgin announcing that even incoming will receive something I think it is 10 paisa or something per minute. All these things are not very big positives for the company. It was just coming out of the woods they were just coming out of negative earnings growth to a positive earnings growth and now they have been hit by some penalty also by the government. So I am not sure whether I am- I think the telecom sector on a whole is something that requires to be revalued further."
