R Shah bets on Bata, Bombay Dyeing, Hind Motors

Rajan Shah from Angel Broking would like bet on stock like Bata wich has a good business and property.

Shah told CNBC-TV18, "All the construction stocks have corrected a lot, and maybe they could offer a bounce but I think I would rather and earlier also I mentioned, that I would rather bet on a company with a good business and good property like maybe a Bombay Dyeing, Hindustan Motors, which is actually into some business plus they have got about 740 acres of land in Calcutta. So then they develop this property obviously they are going to get good money into their balance sheets so I would rather bet on those companies and maybe a Bata which is got about 260 acres of land at Bata Nagar near Calcutta. So I would bet on a company rather with a good business and property rather than betting completely on the property player because these stocks maybe the speculators delight so we could see a bounce and all that but fundamentally I think they are fairly priced with the current levels."
