Voltas FY08 cons net profit at Rs 207.68 cr

Voltas has announced its FY08 results. The company has reported consolidated net profit of Rs 207.68 crore as against Rs 201.58 crore in FY07 and net sales of Rs 3,202.93 crore versus Rs 2,526.74 crore (YoY).
Its net sales for Q4 were at Rs 589.12 crore versus Rs 539.97 crore. Its Q4 other income was at Rs 5.92 crore versus Rs 12.92 crore.
The company's Q4 operating profit stood at Rs 4.97 crore versus Rs 76.78 crore. Its Q4 net profit was at Rs 14.02 crore versus Rs 36.91 crore.
VOLTAS
- Order book was at Rs 4872 crore up 101%.
- Electro mechanical projects and services segment grew by 21% for full year.
- Engineering products and services segment registered a 33% growth for full year .
- Unitary cooling products business segment 37% growth ; with 41% growth in air conditioner sales.
