UltraTech Q4 net up 22.16% at Rs 282.8 cr

UltraTech Cement has announced its Q4 and FY08 numbers. It has reported net profit of Rs 282.8 crore for the quarter ended March 2008 as against Rs 231.5 crore in same period of last year, growth of 22.16% and net sales of Rs 1,602 crore versus Rs 1,465 crore. Its FY08 consolidated net sales went up at Rs 5,623.82 crore from Rs 4,968.70 crore and net profit at Rs 1,010 crore from Rs 784.9 crore.
