Anagram has recommended to accumulate Tata Steel, with price target of Rs 780, in its report dated 7 August, 2008. "At CMP of Rs 646, on standalone basis, stock trades at P/E of 9x and EV/EBIDTA of 5.6 of Q1FY09 TTM EPS of Rs 72. And stock trades at P/E of 6x of FY08 consolidated adjusted EPS of Rs 105.80. We recommend to "Accumulate" this stock in the range of Rs 600 to Rs 650, with the target of Rs 780".
