Spanco Respondez partners with MRS Associates

Spanco BPO Ventures Ltd, the BPO division of Spanco Telesystems today announced their partnership with MRS Associates Inc. a USD 32 million revenue debt collections agency. The partnership is expected to achieve revenue of over USD 100 mn in the next 2 years. Spanco Respondez would provide back office and contact centre services from its centres in Mumbai and Gurgaon as it grows its capacity to 2000 seats in 18 months. It will cater to MRS’ significant client base of Fortune 500 companies in the Credit Card & Auto loan segment present in both 1^st and 3^rd party collections. The cross investments will eventually result in Spanco owning 20% in MRS Associates Inc. and MRS will own 20% in Respondez, Spanco’s International BPO arm.
