At NCDEX, 468 members (2,265 users) participated in trading on May 16, 2008 up to 5:00 pm and volumes were Rs 1,813 crore (one-way).   There were more than 53,505 trades put through by them. Active trades were high in among others Rape Mustard Seed, Guar Seed, Pepper, Turmeric and Jeera.

On May 15, 2008 477 members (2,269 users) participated in trading and put through more than 46,216 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 11.30 pm was Rs 1,515 crore (one-way). Active trades were high in among others Rape Mustard Seed, Guar Seed, Pepper, Turmeric and Jeera.
