At NCDEX, 481 members (2,311 users) participated in trading on May 08, 2008 up to 5:00 pm and volumes were Rs 1,641 crore (one-way).   There were more than 49,159 trades put through by them. Active trades were high in among others Guar Seed, Rape Mustard Seed, Jeera, Turmeric and Pepper.

On May 07, 2008 496 members (2,308 users) participated in trading and put through more than 51,608 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 11.30 pm was Rs 1,931 crore (one-way). Active trades were high in among others Jeera, Soya Oil, Guar Seed, Chana and Rape Mustard Seed.
