ICICI Pru-Suvidha Infoserve to accept insurance premium

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has introduced a unique facility that enables policyholders to make their premium payments through their neighborhood retail stores. The company has entered into a partnership with Suvidha Infoserve towards enabling its policyholders to make their premium payment at Suvidha outlets, making it the first life insurance company in India to offer this service towards providing increased convenience to its customers. 

This service will be made available across all Suvidhaa outlets ranging from kirana stores, mobile stores, medical stores, STD booths, cyber cafés and travel agencies that can be easily accessible to the policyholders. The policy holder can pay his premium by handing over the amount and his policy number to the store owner who will punch in the details and amount at the kiosk and generate a payment receipt of the transaction. This facility will help the company to penetrate further into tier 2 and tier 3 cities providing increased convenience and additional touch-points to the customer.
