SatyaVani Green Homes, part of the SatyaVani Group of Companies, Hyderabad based real estate developers have laid foundation stone for India's largest integrated green homes township at Annojiguda on the Warangal highway near Hyderabad.

Known as Ushodayam Green Homes, the project coming up on an area of 12 acres will have 1800 units built on green norms that will emit least carbon into the atmosphere, thus not adding to the global warming concerns. The residential units at Ushodayam Green Homes will be equipped with solar panels to generate solar power to be used by the residents.

Speaking about the new venture, Mr. P Surya Prakash, Managing Director, SatyaVani Group of Companies said, ``Ushodayam Green Homes will set an example on how construction industry can build a better tomorrow by not adding to the global warming concerns. We have designed our projects in such a manner that our customers would not have to sacrifice their comforts and will get to live in an environment that's healthy and natural.''

With Raheja IT Park and Infosys campus coming up in the vicinity, and thrust being given to Warangal as an IT destination, Annojiguda has the potential to become a hub for IT companies in the near future.

SatyaVani Green Homes has started work on three other projects - Begumpet to build 25 condominiums, Kondapur to build a residential apartment with 55 houses and Gagillapur to build 107 villas.
