SGX listed Indiabulls ends 11% below its issue price

Indiabulls Properties Investment Trust, subsidiary of Indiabulls Real Estate, has listed at its issue price of S$ 1 on the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday, which was an intraday high. The stock has hit a low of S$ 0.88 in an intraday trade before closing the day at S$ 0.90 per share, drop of 11% below its issue price on first day. Indiabulls Properties Investment Trust (IPIT) had raised about USD 193 million through the initial public offering, which was priced at one Singapore dollar, the lower end of price band of S$1-1.10 per share. Indiabulls Real Estate closed at Rs 380.90, down 2.62% or Rs 10.25 on the BSE. |
