Akruti City Limited announced its most successful quarter so far. For the year 2007-2008 ended 31/3/2008, Akruti City's income grew by 150 % to Rs. 469.70 crore, the net profit grew by 290 % to Rs 296.36 crore and the EPS went up by 257 % to Rs. 44.43.

The company registered quarterly net profit of Rs. 98.09 crore for the fourth quarter ended 31/3/2008, a growth of 65 % over the corresponding period last year. Total income at Rs. 150.16 crore grew by 50 % and the EPS at Rs. 14.71 grew by 50% in this quarter when compared to the corresponding period in the previous year.
