Sidharth Agrawal, Religare Sec, says GHCL is a five-year growth story and that one can look at buying it at current levels. Agrawal said, "GHCL is a five years growth story and one can buy at current levels. In FY07 we expect their revenues to be Rs 22,250 mn and their PAT to be around Rs 2670 mn. We are expecting a fully diluted equity of 130.4 mn In FY08 we are expecting Rs 26,585 mn on the top line and Rs 3190 mn on PAT. If we take the same equity dilution of 130.4 mn shares, EPS will be Rs 24.5 on 08 earnings." |
