DLF Office Trust not to list as REIT this yr: Sources

DLF Office Trust, a subsidiary of the realty major, DLF is likely to raise additional USD 500 million via private equity by the end of August, reports CNBC-TV18, quoting sources.

The DLF Office Trust will not be listed as REIT (Realty Stocks Investment Trust) this year, sources said.

Sources also said that the company is waiting for market conditions to improve before listing the REIT.

The DLF Office Trust has already raised USD1.05 billion earlier.
