DLF Assets may file for Singapore REIT listing in June, reports CNBC-TV18, quoting sources. DLF Assets had earlier delayed the REIT listing plans due to volatile markets.

 

The REIT portfolio comprises IT, ITES and SEZ with a total build up area of 20.5 million sq ft  and DLF Assets plan to raise USD 1.5 - 2 billion.
