Invt with 2-3 yrs horizon to give good returns: Quantum AMC

Devendra Nevgi, CEO & CIO of Quantum Asset Management Company believes that markets at a PE of 13.5 times FY09 earnings look attractive. He sees reasonable returns for investments with two-three years horizon. He sees sees good value in some banks now -available at a price to book-value of two-three times, as against four-five times earlier.
