It was yet another scary session, which opened with down circuit that led the markets to shut down for an hour, and then recover post opening. However  markets continued to witness some wild swings. The markets closed in red but showed remarkable recovery and were off the lows. The BSE Sensex closed down 875 points, it recovered over 1400 points from the day's low.

During today's massive fall there were few stocks which have had lost over 20% from their previous close.

Stocks like Sterlite Technologies, Neyveli Lignite and Oswal Chemicals were down over 30% from their previous close. Some stocks like Omaxe, Peninsula Land, Genus Power, RNRL, IVR Prime and Bajaj Hindusthan were slipped over 25% from their previous closed.
