It is one more blood bath day on Dalal Street. Global cues smashed Indian markets in early trade after yesterday’s free fall and forced to halt trading for one hour due to 10% lower circuit. Number of stocks started hitting new 52-week lows and 20% lower circuit.

Reliance Petroleum, Mukesh Ambani group company, closed around Rs 138.05, down nearly 20%. Jaypee group company, Jaiprakash Hydro touched a low of Rs 70, down nearly 20%.

Power Grid Corporation closed at Rs 90, down 19%. Edelweiss Capital is below Rs 1000 mark. Mundra Port slipped 19% at Rs 670.
