Markets were trading flat. The BSE realty index has outperformed the other sectoral indices, which was up over 2% at 8926. Stocks like Mahindra Lifespace, Puravankara, Unitech have lead the rally. They were up any where between 10% to 5%. Indiabull real estate, Sobha Developers, HDIL were the other stocks which were up 3% each in today’s trade.

Mahindra Lifespace was the biggest gainer in realty sector up by 10%, followed by Puravankara which almost was up by 8% in today’s trade. Akruti City and Phoenix Mills were other stocks which were marginally up with modest gain of 1%.
