Real estate companies seem to have caught a fancy for telecom sector. After Unitech and Parsvnath, now Indiabulls and DLF Ltd are making plans to foray into the telecom services sector. 

Meanwhile, real estate stocks have been buzzing on the bourses for over a month and have contributed significantly in the recent spurt in Sensex and Nifty. Both the benchmark indices have conquered the big milestones of 17K and 5K respectively in record time.

Among the leading players Indiabulls Real Estate has gained maximum in last one month followed by Akruti Nirman and DLF. Indiabulls appreciated by nearly 40%, whereas the prices of Akruti Nirman and DLF grew by 38.36% and 32.19% during the same period respectively.
