IT stocks surge ahead of Q4 results

Ahead of IT guidance and result quarter IT stocks were high flyers in todays tarde, with IT index up by 3% giving leadership to the markets.Rupee trading in a range of 39.95/USD to 40.35 mostly on depreciating side giving IT stocks something to cheer.
IT majors were up 3% to 4% in today’s trade and other chipped in with some moderate gains. Wipro, TCS, Satyam were up 4%, and other stocks like Financial Technology, HCL Tech, Tech Mahindra, Infosys where up anywhere between 2% to 3%.
