BSE Realty index underperform Sensex, Nifty

The BSE Realty index, which is down more than 70% from its life high, is still under serious pressure. The index was worst hit sector in today’s trade as it was down over 6%. The stocks fell with an average cut more than 4%.
Unitech was the biggest looser in this space down more than 10%, followed by DLF, Purvanakara , Omaxe which were down more than 5%. Stocks like Mahindralife space was showing resistance and was up with modest gain of 1%. |
