IFCI has moved to Delhi HC against Emaar MGF for non-refund of Pre-IPO placement of Rs 50 crore and filed winding up proceedings against it, reports CNBC-TV18. Emaar MGF had withdrawn its IPO of more than Rs 6400 crore in February 2008. |
