Deven Choksey of K R Choksey Securities believes that the next trigger for Edelweiss Capital would be mutual fund. He advised that aggressive investors could buy this company at current levels.

Choksey told CNBC-TV18, “If one looks at most of the brokerage houses, which are quoting at this point of time are almost between eight-ten times of their topline and many of the companies have different models to look at. Going forward the trigger for Edelweiss Capital should be launch of mutual fund. Probably the amount of AUM (Assets under management), which the company builds over a period of time that should give the valuation.”

He further added, “In my viewpoint if I have to a bit aggressive investor then I can buy this company at this point of time. Otherwise definitely wait for a bit more comfortable valuation as I would like to call it to get into this space.”
