Wall St ends with moderate gain; Dow up 51 points

US markets rose to a four month high. Financial and energy shares sparked the positive moves on the US indices. Fannie Mae climbed 8.9% after dropping as much as 7.3% as the government loosed restrictions on the company. The Dow Jones industrial average added 51.29 points, or 0.40%, to 13,020.83. The Standard & Poor's 500 index advanced 10.77 points, or 0.77%, to 1,418.26, and the Nasdaq composite index gained 19.19 points, or 0.78%, to 2,483.31. A look at how the Indian ADRs performed:
