US markets end flat

US markets ended flat. Dow and S&P 500 barely managed to stay positive while NASDAQ slipped in the red. The IBM earnings beat revenue and earnings expectation. ML reported nearly a USD 2 billion quarterly loss and cuts 4000 jobs. The crude declined, gold also retreated. In the bond market, treasury pieces slipped and dollar fell to a new low against the euro but rallied against the yen. The Dow Jones industrial average was up 1.22 points, or 0.01%, to 12,620.49. The Standard & Poor's 500 index rose 0.85 points, or 0.06%, to 1,365.56, while the Nasdaq composite index slipped 8.28 points, or 0.35%, to 2,341.83. look at how the Indian ADRs performed:
