FIIs net sell Rs 1235 crore in Nifty futures

CNBC-TV18, Head Research Analyst, Anuj Singhal : FIIs net sold Rs 1235 crore in Nifty futures and Rs 227 crore in Stock futures. Nifty futures added 1.8 lakh shares in Open Interest at 12-point premium. Nifty Open Interest PCR remained unchanged at 1.38, Puts, Calls Open Interest also remains unchanged. Nifty 5100 Put sheds 1.7 lakh shares in Open Interest. Stock futures added 1 crore shares in Open Interest.

 

IFCI was up 3.5% with CoC up. Futures Open Interest was up 11% and fresh long positions was seen.

 

Arvind Mills was up 5.3% with CoC up. Futures Open Interest was up 10%. Longs also seen in Alok, Gateway.

 

Tata Steel was up 2.6% with CoC up. Futures Open Interest was up 9% and fresh long positions was seen.

 

DLF was down 1% and down for 4 days. Futures Open Interest was up 11%. Stock was down 11% for the week.

 

MRPL was down 4.8% with CoC down. Futures Open Interest was down 11% and profit booking was seen.
