1992 mkt scam: Ketan Parekh to be sentenced on Tuesday

The Bombay HC will sentence Ketan Parekh on Tuesday, reports CNBC-TV18. The Central Bureau of Investigation, or CBI had arrested Parekh in 2001 in connection with a security (stock market) scam in 1992. The scam had resulted in a loss to Canfina, a subsidiary of Canara Bank.
