At 11:18 am, Stride Arcolab was quoting at Rs 143, up Rs 5.55, or 4.04%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 149.10 and an intraday low of Rs 135.60.

The company board has meet on July 22 to consider meger with group companies, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
It was trading with volumes of 43,131 shares. On Friday the share closed down 0.76% or Rs 1.05 at Rs 137.45.
